Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fursonas Factory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts are non-transferable.
Buyer Obligations
Buyers must pay for won auctions within 24 hours. Failure will trigger an automatic Tier 1 caution flag.
Seller Obligations
Sellers must deliver work within the agreed turnaround window and maintain communication every 14 days minimum.
Payments
All transactions are processed directly between buyer and seller. Fursonas Factory charges a 5% platform fee on all completed transactions.
Content Ownership
Artists retain copyright unless explicitly transferred. Buyers receive a signed Ownership Receipt for purchased assets.
Prohibited Content
Content involving minors in sexual situations is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and law enforcement reporting.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are addressed through the Resolution Center. If unresolved within 14 days, staff will issue a binding decision.
